All payments made for access to the web panel and related services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it will not be refunded, in part or in full, under any circumstances. This policy applies to all subscription plans, one-time fees, or any other payment structures associated with the web panel services.

Before opting to our services, we strongly encourage you to familiar yourself with the risk involved in trading or investment in the market. If you are totally new in the market, check research recommendations for few days so that you can avail proper knowledge and information of stocks and market volatility.

Custom algorithms are developed specifically to meet a client’s unique needs. Due to the personalized nature of these services, they are non-refundable once the development has commenced, unless Innovatic Solution fails to deliver the service according to the agreed specifications.

Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• A change of mind after the service has been fully or partially delivered.
• Dissatisfaction due to the customer’s failure to provide accurate data or information required for the algorithm to perform correctly.
• The customer’s misuse or alteration of the algorithm that results in performance issues.
• Custom algorithm development services, as these are considered bespoke and tailored to the customer’s specific requirements.

We do not offer refunds on subscriptions that have already been taken. The movements in the stock market are not always predictable, so make sure you have gone through the disclaimer, terms and conditions, and refund policy before proceeding with the subscription or making payment for any of our services.

Modifications to the Refund Policy: Innovatic Solution reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
